My name is Ken Pujdak. I am the broker in charge of 1st Class Real Estate - Focal Point.

I’ve always believed that true success comes from serving others. My first exposure to this principle took place during high school, when I watched my father transition from the assembly line of a factory to an independent furniture refinishing business. He began with a simple favor—helping our pastor restore old pieces—and through sheer dedication, his new craft quickly gained traction. The entire family, including me, joined forces in this venture, learning valuable lessons about teamwork, attention to detail, and the rewards of building trust in a local community.

After finishing high school, I pursued a formal education in accounting, ultimately becoming the first in my family to attend college. Working at a major accounting firm taught me the inner workings of different organizations and instilled a passion for continuous learning. Over the years, I have launched and led multiple businesses—ranging from my own CPA practice to services that helped senior citizens protect their savings. Each step of the way, I discovered the importance of understanding people’s needs and customizing solutions that truly serve their best interests.

These experiences naturally led me to the real estate industry, where I’ve noticed a growing need for professionals who value genuine client relationships over impersonal transactions. Many people want a real estate advisor who understands their goals and guides them through significant life decisions, whether that involves buying a new home, selling a cherished property, or investing in a brighter future. My vision is to create an environment in which real estate professionals, much like my father did with our family business, come together to provide community-focused support. Today, I lead a South Carolina real estate brokerage dedicated to making each transaction more than just a sale. I personally guide new agents to adopt these values, focusing on education, transparent communication, and a thorough understanding of local markets.
